🌊 When did you last feel truly settled in yourself?
You're the steady one everyone turns to, carrying everyone else's energy and longing for a moment to set it all down.
🌈 The Calm is a 45 minute channelled energy healing that settles and soothes your energetic field, releasing the emotional weight you've been carrying and restoring a deep sense of inner peace. Each session is shaped entirely around you, weaving together crystal healing, heart activation and light codes channelled specifically for your energy to help your nervous system soften and your energy find its natural balance.
💜 Wrapped in a soft blanket in a peaceful space, all you need to do is lie back and receive while I take care of the rest. It's a safe space to stop holding everything together and simply be, whether energy healing is brand new to you or it's been part of your life for years.
You might be…
- Stretched in every direction
- Up and down emotionally
- Carrying more than your share
- Lying awake with a busy mind
- Snapping over little things
✨ You'll leave feeling grounded, steady and calm within, whatever is happening around you, with a sense of peace that stays with you long after your session.
45 minutes - Available in person and at distance.
