“I had the most beautiful and powerful distance crystal healing session with Sarah.

I have had a few in person crystal healing sessions in the past so when I found myself lacking in energy and feeling quite lost Sarah kindly offered a distanced crystal healing session for me.

She asked me to find a quiet space, take a few deep breaths, centre myself & find a steady breathing rhythm & relax. Wow, during the session I felt tingles all down my body, a pulse in the areas I knew my energy was stuck in, I laughed, I felt love then a huge release came up from my root chakra & I was crying with an intensity that I knew needed to be cleared.

After the session I could feel that my energy was grounded, all of my chakras were cleared and I felt lighter, calmer & peaceful.

Sarah sent me a list of the crystals that called to her & what their purpose is which were incredibly in sync with my situation and emotions at the time. She also sent me a link to the binaural beats that she played during the session and asked that I listen to that often.
