A 30 minute distance crystal therapy session.

What Happens During a Crystal Therapy Session?

Shortly before the booked session time I will ask you to find a quiet space wherever you are to prepare to receive the crystal therapy. Ideally it will be a place where you can relax without being interrupted.

I will then prepare for the session to begin by intuitively selecting the crystals to be used during the session and the binaural beats that will be played. I will ask permission for the crystal therapy to be sent and begin the energy work.

To ensure that you receive the maximum amount of benefits from this therapy I will ask you to tune into your body and take slow, deep breaths at a rhythm that is comfortable to you.

I will then begin to send the distance crystal therapy to you. While the session is in progress you may feel sensations in your body and mind, this is normal and a good sign that you are receiving the energy therapy. Other people may not experience physical changes and that is normal too because it varies from person to person. If at any time you would like me to stop sending crystal therapy during the session then please let me know

The crystal therapy energy work will last for approximately 20 minutes. After the session I will send you the details of the crystals used and their meanings, the binaural beats for you to use regularly and any further details of our session. I will also ask for your experiences of the crystal therapy and answer any questions that you may have.

After the session it is advisable to increase your self-care routine and to to stay well hydrated.
