🌟 A unique channelled energy healing that weaves together crystal healing, heart activation and light codes to cleanse, balance and recharge your chakras. Every session is shaped entirely around you, with the light codes channelled specifically for your energy, so you receive exactly what you need in that moment.

🌈 Imagine golden light flowing through every part of you, clearing away everything you've been carrying. Wrapped in a soft blanket in a peaceful space, all you need to do is lie back and receive while I take care of the rest. It's the most luxurious gift you can give yourself, a true spiritual factory reset for your mind, body and soul.

💜 This is a safe space to come home to yourself, whether energy healing is brand new to you or it's been part of your life for years.

✨ You'll float out the door feeling lighter, calmer and more authentically you, with a sense of peace that stays with you long after your session.

💜 Whenever you're ready for an hour that's just for you, I'd love to welcome you in Burton Latimer or by distance healing.

*This is an in person healing session. I will contact you shortly after purchase to book your one hour time slot.

**Distance therapy is also possible, please let me know if you require this.

Important: Golden Chakra Balance sessions are sacred 1:1 energy healing treatments held in person. Each one requires deep energetic preparation in advance. As such, if you do not attend or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the session is considered complete and is non-refundable. This honours the energetic exchange, the venue booking and the time I've set aside to hold space for you. If I ever need to cancel, I will always offer a reschedule.

A great experience

I've never had a chakra cleanse before but I can say that it was a great experience. Sarah put my mind at ease and talked me through the process. The environment is just bliss, calm, warm, welcoming and bliss. I went in with a pain across my chest that I'd had since tie beginning of Jan, so 5 weeks ago, during the time I felt the pain go from across my chest to a small ball pulsing in the middle of it. By the end of the session it had completely gone. Emotions surfaced a few days later but once I had relessed them I have felt very calm, present, positive and without the chest pain (anxiety).

Golden Chakra Balance Review

I have attended two golden chakra balances over the past few months and can honestly say it has completely made a difference to my mind set. I feel energised, positive, with a clear mind combined with a calm persona. Sarah-Louisa is warm and welcoming and is very thorough in explaining what the session entails. It’s a beautiful environment which encourages calmness. I would highly recommend if anyone is considering this. I will be booking another one soon 😀

Chakra balance

I'm deeply grateful for the chakra balancing experience I had. It helped me release old trauma and emotional blockages that had been weighing me down for years. Sarah was incredibly intuitive and compassionate, and their guidance allowed me to tap into my inner energy and let go of what no longer served me. I feel lighter, freer, and more grounded than ever before. This experience has been truly transformative, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to heal and balance their mind, body, and spirit x
