Our sessions include a calming meditation to center yourself, followed by intuitive guidance to help you understand and navigate the current energies in your life. You’ll also have time to connect with like-minded women, share support, and feel deeply held in a nurturing space. Plus, we’ll enjoy refreshments together, creating moments of true connection and restoration.

Sessions are held in Kettering, Northants fortnightly on a Wednesday evening 7-9pm. Full address will be provided after booking.

I'd never been to an Empowered Women's Circle before until I saw Sarah post this on a Facebook group, and thought I'd give it ago!

What a powerful, beautiful evening it was... spiritually I felt a bit depleted, and not really felt heard. I've often experienced women after their own gain. Not in this Circle. I felt welcomed, held and heard not only by Sarah but the other amazing women in the group. I also found the experience of actually listening to other amazing women really powerful, and that all feelings are valid. I found the meditation on both times I've been so far really beneficial. Time to stop and breathe, and very much felt in tune spiritually.

It was lovely being in tune with the moon, the cycle and crystals. I also found other Women's feed back really helpful and encouraging.

I feel refreshed spiritually and more able to move forward with a group of beautifully amazing women.

I will be coming to as many as I can. Thank you Sarah Louisa!!

Amazing evening

I attended The Empowered Women’s Circle lead by Sarah Louisa. I had never been to a women’s circle before so had no idea what to expect and was a little apprehensive. However I needn’t have worried as it was a truly magical evening. We had a guided meditation and worked with crystals to help shift energy blockages. We were also given the opportunity to share our personal stories (totally no pressure to speak if you didn’t want to) and everyone was kind, considerate and encouraging. There was absolutely no judgement and everyone was made to feel safe to share their thoughts and feelings. After the evening I felt so much calmer and more focused on my personal growth. This has continued to develop in the days since and I feel I have been able to make some really big decisions to benefit my future career. I will definitely attend another circle and would highly recommend you give it a try.

Enlightening

Having never been to an empowered circle I did not know what to expect. However, Sarah is so warm and welcoming, I felt relaxed straight away. She explained what was going to happen at every stage and that I could take part in as much or as little as I wanted.
Straight away I felt the emotion and power in the room. A safe place to focus on yourself and let yourself feel and heal with Sarah’s intuition and thoughts to guide you though.
